Not able to add more than one item to your cart?
The shopping cart uses JavaScript and non-invasive cookies to collect and track your cart while you shop. This allows our customers to add an item, close the window and then continue exploring our site or add more items, before going to the checkout. You will need your browser settings set to allow both.
PayPal asks you to check your next credit card bill for ID number before it can process the transaction?
If this occurs we apologize for the inconvenience, we understand that this disrupts your order and complicates matters considerably. This system is a security precaution put in place by PayPal to minimize fraud and insure the credit card is yours. PayPal assures its members that this only happens in the vast minority of transactions. If this occurs there are 2 solutions:
- It will take approximately 4 days for the PayPal transaction to show up on your credit card statement. Instead of waiting for the bill to arrive in the mail you can call your credit card company and have the ID number passed along to you that way. Or, if you are able to check your bill online, you can log in to your account and get the user ID.
