Elasmosaur Birthday November 17th, 2012

Come and join us as young and old enjoy the celbration of the one of the fun highlights of the year–the elasmosaur’s birthday party. This special day celebrates the discovery of the elasmosaur and other discoveries made at the Courtenay Museum and includes a birthday cake and 20% off for members in the gift shop. From 11:00–4:00. Cake cutting is at 12:00.

Museum Members Discount Week Nov. 13th-17th, 2012

This week provides an opportunity for members to shop with a 20% off  discount for all non consignment items  in the gift shop–a great opportunity for us to thank our members and for Christmas shopping!

December 1 Christmas Open House, 2012

Enjoy the best of the holiday season with our annual Christmas Open House featuring hot apple cider and Christmas cookies and an opportunity for members to shop at a 25% discount in the gift shop. We ask guests to bring something for Santa’s Toy Shop.

Christmas Craft Days Dec.1, 8, 15

Join us on December 1, the Christmas Open House and on subsequent Saturdays on the 8th and 15th for Christmas Craft activities for children. Children will have an opportunity to make decorations for the museum Christmas tree and to explore a number of hands on activities to celebrate the season. Craft sessions will run from 10:00- 2:00 each Saturday.
