Current Changing Exhibit

Two exhibits are presented in our second-floor gallery.

Inspired by Nature features 11 beautiful textiles from the museum textile collection which reflects a diversity of locations, cultural backgrounds, techniques and designs. Staff chose the artifacts on display for their diverse origins from donors and for nature-inspired designs and elements.

An Enjoyable Region showcases the history of recreation in the Comox Valley. Photo and text panels touch on a range of sports and leisure activities while artifacts from the museum’s permanent collection add dimension to the narrative.
